IMPORTANT: Our customer accounts can only be set up/activated AFTER your first order/purchase.
There is no need to be logged into your account when purchasing – all orders made using the same email address will automatically be attached to the same account, whether it has been activated yet or not.
IF LOG-IN IS NOT WORKING AND/OR YOU HAVE NEVER ACTIVATED YOUR ACCOUNT:
You will need access to one of your previous email order confirmations in order to activate your account.
IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR EMAIL(S), please click below to enter your email address and have them re-sent to you.
TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT:
Step 1 – Open an order confirmation email and click your download link.
Step 2 – On the download page, find your name and click it. On a PC, it will be in the top right corner. On a mobile device, scroll down to the bottom of your screen.
Step 3 – Click “CLAIM ACCOUNT” – an email will be sent to you with a link to click and set up your password, please do this within one hour, or you will need to start over.
NOTE: If you do not see “CLAIM ACCOUNT”, then your account is already active. Log in using the link above. Reset your password if you have forgotten it.
